SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHOD & TIMEFRAME:
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days via USPS

SHIPPING COSTS:
• FREE standard shipping on orders $25 and over
• Standard shipping under $25: $4.99 flat rate
• Expedited shipping options may be available upon request - contact us for pricing

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a USPS tracking number via email. You can track your package at usps.com using this tracking number.

DELIVERY:
• Packages are delivered Monday-Saturday by USPS
• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your package

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect packages once shipped with USPS, and incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping charges.

DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Lina Alaeza Beauty is not responsible for packages damaged during shipping. Please file a claim directly with USPS for any shipping-related damage.

HOLIDAYS & DELAYS:
We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take an additional day.
