All sales are final. Lina Alaeza Beauty does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged items and your order number. We will replace defective products at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING ERRORS:
If we ship an incorrect product due to our error, we will send the correct item at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
